Washington DC ANNUAL REPORT FILING INFORMATION

The District of Columbia requires that all Corporations and LLCs file an annual report on the anniversary of the formation and then biennially thereafter. The Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs will mail out a notice to the Registered Agent in advance of the due date. Currently the Department does not offer online filing for the Annual Report; however the forms may be obtained online. The link to obtain the forms is listed below.

Corporation	$250.00	April 15th
Limited Liability Company	$150.00	June 15th

Washington DC ANNUAL REPORT FILING PENALTIES

Failure to file the Annual Report form will result in the administrative dissolution or revocation of the entity.
